The Valum Effect Principle
Mădălin Bratu’s Valum Effect Principle informs the design approach behind Hydrotor Technologies. The inventor describes Hydrotor as an advanced energy system that draws on quantum fluctuations and the interaction of wave and volume concepts in its proposed power-generation process. The name Valum reflects the concepts of wave and volume.
Valum identifies Hydrotor as patent-pending technology. Current engineering work focuses on translating the inventor’s design into complete generator systems for defined applications.

Star supplies the monitoring and tracking technology that will support Valum’s development programs and subsequent deployments.
The solution combines operational monitoring, location tracking, tamper detection and secure access controls to support equipment security and protection of Hydrotor intellectual property. Data services provide visibility into system status and electricity generation, with alerts, dashboards, historical reporting and maintenance information.
