She was appointed to the board of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. in March 2026 and is a co-founder of GYSK Energy Solutions, where her roles have included Chief Operating Officer, Vice-Chair and Director. Her experience managing production and franchise ventures informs her approach to planning and operational coordination. Alongside her business career, she has worked as an actress and producer in Punjabi cinema and supported women empowerment and community welfare initiatives. Raised in Africa and educated in India, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and a diploma in Computer Science. At Valum, she chairs board meetings and supports organizational administration and the execution of business priorities.
Mădălin Bratu
Inventor, Chief Technology Officer & Director
Mădălin Bratu is the inventor behind the technology being developed by Valum Energy. His work centres on the Valum Effect Principle, the conceptual framework informing Hydrotor’s design approach. As Chief Technology Officer and a Director, he guides technical priorities, prototype development and testing, connecting the underlying invention with practical engineering and commercialization requirements.

Mădălin’s research considers the interaction of waves within a defined volume, a concept reflected in the Valum name. This framework informs his approach to the Hydrotor generator and related energy applications. His development work includes refining technical designs, guiding prototype construction and progressing concepts through testing to assess performance and inform further engineering. As Chief Technology Officer, he works with Valum’s leadership team to align technical priorities with the company’s commercialization objectives. His role supports the transition from prototype work toward potential manufacturing and deployment, guided by demonstrated performance and operating requirements. As a Director, he contributes the inventor’s perspective to collective oversight and strategic direction, supporting Valum’s objective of developing commercially viable technology for practical energy needs.
Gurdip (Gary) Panaich
Chief Executive Officer
Gary Panaich brings experience in public-company leadership, corporate governance and entrepreneurship to Valum Energy. His career spans aviation technology, energy, real estate and business ownership, alongside service with the Canadian Forces and RCMP. As Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on commercial relationships, technology commercialization and the organizational foundation for Valum’s growth.

Gary’s background combines corporate oversight with the practical experience of building and managing businesses. He has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Compliance Officer of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. and was appointed to the board of ImagineAR Inc. in June 2023. His entrepreneurial work includes commercial and residential real estate, franchise operations, accounting and tax services, and film production. A Humber College graduate, Gary is a former Canadian Forces member and RCMP officer. He received the Police Exemplary Service Medal in 2021. At Valum, he draws on these experiences to guide company development, build commercial relationships and support the transition from technology development toward practical commercial applications.
Peter Grigoras
Chief Business Development Officer
Peter Grigoras is an entrepreneur, executive and engineer with more than 35 years of experience across automotive manufacturing, technology integration, real estate and healthcare infrastructure. His career includes engineering and management work with GM-Suzuki, Toyota and Ford. At Valum Energy, he evaluates commercial opportunities, develops strategic relationships and helps translate technical ambitions into practical project plans.

Peter’s career brings together industrial engineering, infrastructure development and business ownership. At Toyota, he was involved in construction, equipment installation, technology integration and commissioning for the Lexus RX manufacturing program in Cambridge, Ontario. He later led plant expansion and retooling initiatives at Ford in Oakville, including flexible manufacturing systems. As founder of Romlex International Ltd. and Atlas Global Healthcare Ltd., he has also developed commercial and medical real estate, with a focus on ambulatory care and day-surgery facilities. His work with Hydrotor includes economic assessment, business development and strategic feasibility. At Valum, Peter draws on this combined technical and commercial background to evaluate prospective projects, develop partnerships and establish practical pathways for business growth.
Michael Cunsolo
Director and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
Michael Cunsolo brings experience in architectural lighting, electrical solutions and international business relationships to Valum Energy. His work connects manufacturers, engineers, architects and developers across commercial, institutional and residential projects. As a Director and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, he focuses on brand positioning, market development and customer relationships that support the commercialization of Valum’s technologies.

Through his work with Dark Tools, he has collaborated with manufacturers, engineers, architects and developers to understand project needs, communicate technical solutions and coordinate suppliers and project teams. His professional experience extends across Canada, the United States, Mexico and Italy, with relationships spanning electrical infrastructure, energy, manufacturing and advanced technology. A graduate of St. Michael’s College School and OCAD University, Michael brings an international perspective and a collaborative approach to his work. At Valum, he contributes to board oversight and strategic direction while leading marketing and sales priorities, including market development, customer engagement and the development of customer and distribution partnerships.
Aman Siddiqui
Technical Advisor
Aman Siddiqui brings more than 25 years of experience in electronics, electrical systems, engineering development and quality assurance. His aerospace background includes engineering leadership and technical roles with Star Navigation Systems, Bombardier Aerospace, Air Transat and Pakistan International Airlines. At Valum Energy, he advises on electrical integration, prototype evaluation, testing, technical documentation and system reliability.

Aman’s experience in demanding aerospace environments provides a practical foundation for assessing electrical systems and engineering risk. His work includes electrical load analysis, functional testing, wiring and installation design, troubleshooting, and electromagnetic interference and compatibility testing. He has prepared test plans, technical reports and engineering documentation, and supported regulatory approvals for complex systems. At Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd., his responsibilities have included development planning, technical oversight, project feasibility and engineering team coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence in avionics. At Valum, his advisory work supports structured engineering reviews, prototype assessment and reliability as the company advances its generator development program.
