Development status
Prototype
The generator prototype was designed, developed, built, tested and certified in Europe. According to Valum, inventor Mădălin Bratu has operated and tested the system over several years and verified its performance through that work. Valum also reports that the Star Navigation team travelled to Romania with a technician to observe and verify its operation, alongside professionals from other countries.
